OUR COMPANY
Maylar L.P. owns and self manages numerous
types of commercial properties across the United States,
primarily focusing on retail, industrial, and mobile home
park properties. The firm employs a strategy of buying properties
with a high value potential for long-term hold investments.
The experienced staff at Maylar L.P. is committed to improve
the value of its holdings for its investors and high quality,
value-orientated property management for its tenants.
Principal, Stanley Hickman started the Maylar Corporation
in 1960, now Maylar L.P., to develop and manage apartments,
shopping centers, retail strips, warehouses, and office buildings.
During the years, Maylar L.P. has participated in the development
of shopping centers, retail strips and apartment projects
in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, and Boston as
well as building and developing several mobile home parks.

OUR STAFF
Stanley Hickman - President and Director
Since forming Maylar Corp., Stanley has been involved with many aspects within the real estate industry. He has developed numerous retail centers, industrial warehouses as well as multi-housing communities in major Texas cities and throughout the United States. Prior to forming Maylar, Stanley served in the Armed Forces and was active in the mortgage banking business.
Stanley is a licensed real estate broker in Texas. He attended the University of Texas, where he was a member of the cowboys and Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Boards and Texas Real Estate Association.
Craig G. Johnson - Vice-President and Director
Since joining Maylar in 1999, Craig is responsible for the direct management, leadership, and strategic planning of all investments and company aspects. Prior to joining Maylar, he was with FINOVA Capital where he was responsible for the production of commercial loans for the securitization market, financed approximately $1 billion worth of commercial property. During his 15+ year career within the industry, he has had the opportunity to provide acquisition due diligence on purchases of over $750 million worth of office and industrial properties.
Craig is a licensed real estate broker in California and Texas. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Society of Asset Managers. He holds a BS is Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA with an emphasis in Tax Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Irvine. Craig received his CCIM designation in 2007.
